By booking with Bhangazi Horse Safaris, guests agree to the following: 

• Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the time of the ride. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride. 

• No refunds will be made if persons arrive late for rides. Rides will depart as close to the stated departure time as possible. 

• Minors are to be accompanied at all times by adults/custodians who will at all time accept responsibility for minors. 

• BHANGAZI HORSE SAFARIS reserves the right to cancel any ride should weather or other circumstances dictate. Refunds will be given in the case BHS cancels the ride. However in case of light rain rides will go ahead as scheduled. 

• Instructions by the guides have to be followed at all times. 

• BHANGAZI HORSE SAFARIS are not liable for any damages, loss or injuries that may be suffered by the guests whether occurring before, during or after the ride. 

• Wearing a riding helmet on rides is compulsory. 

• Minimum age is 6 years old for the game rides and 8 years old for the beach rides. Riders must be under 90kg.
